By removing the Service Technician from the blast area or danger zone of the HighVoltage Circuit Breaker and replacing the “manual racking” operation with remote controlled CBRU, the risks (Blowout and Flashback) associated with engaging and disengaging HVCB’s are eliminated.

The CBRU-FXT is the base unit of Circuit Breaker Racking Units and is designed to meet 80% of all racking requirements of High Voltage Circuit Breakers. The CBRU-FXT can be used to rack horizontally, vertically or scissor lift actions.
