The roof suspension hook incorporates a moulded hexagon profile to allow the unit to be installed and recovered from ground level using a standard M24 roof bolt. The hook is simply placed onto the head of the bolt and screwed onto a roof bolt, allowing rows of hooks to be preinstalled without the use of diesel vehicles.The hooks can also be recovered using a roof bolt in a similar fashion.
The roof suspension hook further lends itself to being recovered by being manufactured from bright yellow material (for improved visibility) and from a high strength material that will not rust or seize onto the roof bolt thread.
